All items purchased from Finished are final sale, as our products are custom-made to order just for you.

This means we cannot accept returns or exchanges for issues such as incorrect sizing, color selection, or shipping details.

Please carefully review your order, including sizing and shipping information, before completing your purchase.

Defective or Incorrect Items (International)

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at finishedclothing777@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

Please include clear photos of the issue and your order number in your email.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, items must be unworn, unaltered, free from odors, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund. Items that do not meet these criteria will be returned to the customer at their own expense.

Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
